Nintendo DS Games & News - DS Lite

Yahoo Games Domain have published their first impressions of Sony’s Nintendo DS only title, Sonic Rush.

The action takes place across both screens and although at first the game looks just like any Sonic title, Sonic himself is rendered in 3D.

Chris Buffa of GameDaily writes “Visually Sonic Rush is very sweet. Sega’s done a remarkable job blending the dimensions. While most of the game is 2D Sonic is always in 3D, though you’ll have to look at him closely to see the detail. However, the bosses are large and in charge. The one that I saw is this gigantic long-necked creature and it looks fantastic on the DS. In fact, it’s some of the best 3D that I’ve seen on the hand held.“
