Nintendo DS Games & News - DS Lite

The award winning Advance Wars series storms on to the Nintendo DS this August in the USA and September in Europe. With five new single player modes including survival mode and real time battles Advance Wars: Dual Strike looks like it will be one of the biggest hits of the year for the Nintendo DS.

The Black Hole Army, familiar to players of other games in this series, have returned with new Commanding Officers to attack the allied armies of Wars World. The main single player mode involves a campaign where you have to defeat the attacking forces, allowing you to earn points that will unlock new maps, commanding officers and game modes.

In multiplayer mode up to 8 computer or human opponents can fight it out using the Nintendo DS’s wireless capabilities.

Advance Wars: Dual Strike for the Nintendo DS is available in the USA from August 11th and in Europe from September 30th.
