“Advance Wars” hidden map
If you hold down both the “L” and “R” buttons when you select Map Design mode you will get access to a hidden map that spells out “Advance Wars” in the terrain. Look at the bottom of the hidden map and you’ll see two groups of buildings. The buildings coloured orange make the shape of the orange star symbol and the blue buildings make the shape of the blue moon symbol!
Oozium
You can purchase Oozium for 1,000 points if you can manage to win mission 22. This lets you have predeployed Oozium on your maps.
GBA Advance Wars bonuses
Insert the GBA version of Advance Wars to get access to the Advance Warpaper (1 point), Nells’ Land map (1 point) and Hachis’ Land (1 point).
Insert the GBA version of Advance Wars 2 to get access to the Advance Warpaper 2 (1 point), Strums’ Land map (1 point) and Lashs’ Land map (1 point).

Locked Missions
Mission 11 - Capture the city that is to the east of your HQ in mission 10 to get mission 11.
Mission 14 - Capture the city that is in the northeast corner of the map in mission 13 to get mission 14.
Wallpapers
Complete a campaign and you will get wallpapers for the 3 CO’s you used the most in that campaign. Go to the Display screen to select them. Get all 300 medals to unlock the final wallpaper.
CO Edit Menu
If you can manage to get a CO to at least level 10 you will get access to the CO Edit Menu where you can change the COs’ costume.
Star Forces
Any character with rank 1 or higher can use one of the Star Forces once you complete normal campaign mode. These are Gear Head (adds 2 to base repair), Eagle Eye (adds 2 to vision) and Conqueror (adds 2 to capture).
Gallery
Finish in normal campaign mode and you can buy this from Hachi for a cost of 2,000 points.
Mistwalker
This allows first strike when you are attacked during Super CO Power. You must have completed hard campaign mode.
Soul of Hachi
Lets you deploy units from allied cities during Super CO Power. You must have completed hard campaign mode.
Soundroom
On completing the normal campaign mode you can buy everything from Hachi.
Brutal Combat Mode
First beat Combat Mode to get to Hard Combat Mode then beat that to get to Brutal Combat Mode
